[MPlayer-dev-eng] swscaler copymess -> GPL ?

Hi

i would like to put the swscaler under full GPL, but as the orginal version 
is from arpi, i ask first ;)

its current copymess is:

the reason why i would like to change it, is because the current form could 
confuse ppl who want to use a scaler in their GPL project ...
