I added support for cpudetect.c, putted it into #ifdef's, so your d_cpu
stuff is used now. The cpudetect stuff isn't working with mp3lib, i don't
know why, it doesn't produces audio output, but i didn't changed anything
just the variable names (_has_mmx -> gCpuCaps.hasMMX).
Any ideas?
