[MPlayer-dev-eng] Do we want a -stopchapter ?

btw what about a bit nicer syntax:
-chapter [start]-[end]
so:
-chapter 3 or -chapter 3- menas start at 3
-chapter -8 means stop at 8
-chapter 3-8 means play 3..8
