[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] enhance libmad, better cross-compilation, fbdev

Hi,

attached patch does :

- enhance libmad support by reducing the number of 'memcpy'
- allows easier crosscompilation, if --enable-static is specified and
   pthreads can be linked
- removes a copy when using fbdev and having a conversion from YUV12 to RGB
   If that is the case, using '--enable-fbdev=nocopy' will do the conversion,
   putting the end result directly into fbdev.
   This has the most effect on our xscale platform (xingu) when the framebuffer device
   is made 'cacheable' in the kernel.


The patch is based on 0.60, but has been verified (and addapted a little) to
be applicable on current cvs.
