pciconfig_read should be also standard in libdha (not only in pci_lynx.c),
i(we) need it in mga_vid to detect memory size and other options (i think it
will be needed in nvidia too - i will start working on it on the weekend))

Btw, the source was a 'bit' splitted ;)
