Hi,

Why are the pitch (line align in bytes, 2^n) values stored in
vidix_playback_t->dest, instead of the stride (bytes per line) values?

I see no sense of this solution, as both app and driver have to calculate
stride, and they both use pitch only for calculating stride. so why don't
calc stride in driver and store it into the struct?
