[MPlayer-dev-eng] DXR3 Patch

Hi,
this patch removes occurances of ao_dxr3.c from configure and libao2/*. 
Could you also remove libao2/ao_dxr.c since it's deprecated.
It also cleans libvo/vo_dxr3.c up, I now use Kerighan & Ritchie coding 
style throughout the entire file.
Also updates the DOC/DXR3 (I seem to have lost write access again) to 
make it more concise and to the point (and with info on how to use audio 
since ao_dxr3 is removed).
