[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] makes the seek sizes configurable (arrows/pageup/down)

Hi,
I think the patch is a great idea (need it myself) but I think the
interface should follow mplayers extended option interface, i.e.
mplayer -seek s=10:m=300:l=1000
IMHO one could also put the vars seek_to_XXX in a small struct to
reduce the number of global variables, this especially if Danny will
go ahead with his keybord idea.
I would like to apply it if above changes are made, comments?
