[MPlayer-dev-eng] Unimplemented resampler for mode 0x1 -> 1 channels conversion

Greetings --

	I went to play "Plan 9 From Outer Space" tonight using the latest
	MPlayer (the nightly 'cvs update') and was told by MPlayer to
	"Contact MPlayer developers!".  I'm just following instructions ;)

	The other things I tried were various "-ao" and "-aid" values but none
	did anything to get audio playing.

	It would seem that "mono" is currently unimplemented?
