Ok. We wanna put 0.60 out today night (~ 6 hours later).

Any objections? Any Fix-ASAP bugs?

Are docs uptodate? Should we wait for translations or it's nonsense?

diff CVS release:
- opendivx encore
- libvo2
- qtx dll support hacks
- directshow c++ version
- very obsolete docs (spanish, russian, partially polish)
- not uptodate help_mp* translations (es, ro)
+ libavcodec
+ Michael's 0x18 slice patch for libavcodec (still cannot commit, SF sux)

any other add/patch/remove requests?
