[MPlayer-dev-eng] audio glitches in DVD encoding

When encoding from a DVD (single pass) I get lots of funky audio glitches,
I'll upload a sample (audioglitch.divx), if I encode multipass off the dvd the
audio is fine.  Could this be a pthreads issue ?  I'll also note that if I
encode using ffmpeg's encoder, the audio is fine as well, but using xvid I get
the glitching audio..
