This is Gabbucino Markup Language (GML).
Nothing wrong with it, only it is designed for netscape and mozilla only.
Don't you dare writing your own parser ( there is no specification for
GML, there is also no reference implementation )
 Also - don't even dream about using it on slow, exotic and otherwise
non-gabuccino machines.
