[MPlayer-dev-eng] dvb detection bad

a friend of mine just tried to compile dvb on suse, and had it fail
because it incorrectly detected that he had dvb stuff just because
/dev/ost/video existed. apparently vo_mpegpes.c tries to include a
bunch of files from some "ost" directory if HAVE_DVB is defined, which
don't normally exist. i know nothing about this stuff, but if dvb
support depends at compiletime on having these include files, then
configure should check for their presence and disable dvb if they
don't exist, no?
