Hi,

It is done. The patch might brake things, I have tested it as well as
I could but the alsa users will not have any volume control any longer
:(. Perhaps the person who wrote the alsa driver can add support for
it. I have inserted ifdef HAVE_DVB in audio_out.c and removed
ao_mpegpes.c from the makefile to make libao2 compile. I guess
ao_mpegpes.c (what is it anyway?) should be enabled by the configure
script.
