[MPlayer-dev-eng] bug in seperate audiofile demuxer

Hi,

MPlayer hangs if the seperat audiofile is shorter than the video and reaches 
eof and you try to seek.

Btw. kewl stuff, finally mplayer should be able to play MicroDVD, maybe we 
should add a parser for MDVD.INI, so mplayer could select audio on substreams 
based on that (MDVD.INI maps subtitles and audiotracks to languages, among 
other things).
