[MPlayer-dev-eng] Problems with seeking in AVI with Ogg/Vorbis audio

i don't think they will ever meet such files, as none of the windows players
handle it well.

mencoder calculates bitrate from stream length in bytes divided by stream
length in seconds. anyway, for -oac copy it depends on header, so if the
header is broken it will fail.
