[MPlayer-dev-eng] V4L TV tester?

Okay, I've had to make some significant changes to tv.c, but it should be
compatable with tvi_v4l.c 

I dont have a linux system to test my changes against, so I need some willing
folks to give it a shot, so I can know it works before submitting patches..
Any takers?
