	That's also what my PSX-savvy friend told me when I mentioned
the RIFF header. Artifact of he dumping program. Darn. If that was
standard, if would be very easy to check the file type.

	But I still need to know about the video itself: First, it is a
video file, right? Does it have audio interleaved? What are its dimensions
(I'm seeing 320x224 come up in the file; is that right)? Is the video
supposed to be 15fps? About how many frames are supposed to be in the
video?
