[MPlayer-dev-eng] SMC Codec Works

Hi team,
	I'm pleased to announce that MPlayer's SMC decoder for QT files
in now classified as operational. Many thanks to codec prodigy Roberto
Togni for tracking down the last few bugs. There is one SMC sample in the
archive, plus 2 more in the incoming directory. Note that the quiz.mov
file still exhibits a small problem with ending the decode prematurely,
but I think I might need to fix that through the MOV demuxer (has to do
with its weird file dimensions).
