All audio devices I've coded for so far supported DSP_RESET. Still, if
the docs says so. But the current implementation is painful to say the
least, doesn't oss provide a similar way of reseting that is
recommended, or do they really recommend you to close the device and
reopen it (seems braindead to me).
(I do hope alsa makes it into 2.5 soon)
