OK, but it is not Open Source either, since it is not available under an 
Open Source license, which it was in the past..

Could you please make a patch out of this as described in 
DOCS/tech/patches.txt?  That would be very much appreciated.  Thanks.

The documentation could really use some help.  If you are serious about 
helping, please contact me in private.  You could start by sending that 
patch.  Also have a look at DOCS/tech/TODO, there are a few things 
listed there that might give you an idea.  If you have some ideas for 
improvements of your own, feel free to implement them.

P.S.: Maybe you should simply donate that Makefile to Project Mayo.
