[MPlayer-dev-eng] [DOCS] Ports reordering and additions (RPM).

Hi,

I'm still not brave enough to commit non-trivial changes into the
docs (i haven't got so big reserves of coke as arpi has ;), so i'm
sending a patch again.

This one does some reordering in the Ports section, based on quality,
state and interest of the points.

Current order: Linux, BSD, Solaris, IRIX, Cygwin, QNX and StrongARM.
(however the StrongARM section should be removed, as it's very obsolete)

And finally added the RPM packaging section after the Debian one.
Patch attached.
