[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] mencoder+mp3lame creates desynced AVI

0.avi is a mencoder created lavc MPEG4 file, with 22khz PCM (with -oac copy)
Seek to 00:01:10 and watch the face say: Constantine. Perfect sync.

1.avi is encoded from 0.avi, with -ovc copy -oac mp3lame -lameopts vbr=3
Seek to 00:01:10 and see the audio totally out of sync...... lameopts
doesn't matter, and it occurs only when I encode it to MP3.

Hint?
