[MPlayer-dev-eng] xmms plugin wrapper in mplayer

Hi!

Anybody who was working on xmms plugin support and not done yet - you
don't need to worry about it anymore, I made it now. :)
After the code is a bit cleaned up, I will send the patch ( a few days for 
sure - I have tests to write)
As Arpi suggested, plugins are called from demux_xmms.c , and ad_pcm is
used for playing the "demuxed" audio.
