Here is a new one; should be ok ;)

I changed the option name to -lockaspect / -nolockaspect, as suggested
by someone in the list.

The most important wm to fix is IMHO kwin... I quickly fixed it up in order
to handle aspect ratio hints, but I don't know the internals of kwin enough
to make it work well.
I don't know which other wm do not recognize aspect hints.
