[MPlayer-dev-eng] a/v sync drift in avi files with mp3 VBR audio?

here it is.

ao_xbox.c is just a wrapper
the real stuff is in asyncdirectsound.h /cpp

please not this is xbox stuff, so you won't b able 2 use it under windows
for cygwin-windows I use the normal libao2\ao_win32.c
