You are right, I was confused by mplayer's counting of subtitle ids when I tried -
it's neither counting from 0 to N for each subtitle stream, nor from 1 to N and not
even using the (absolute) stream numbers that "ogminfo" emits - it seems to use the
absolute numbers from "ogminfo" minus one.
