Better (imho, see Description & General Notes sections per ex.), quicker and
smaller result : PolyglotMan http://polyglotman.sf.net/
$ rman -f HTML mplayer.1 > mplayer.1.rman.html
$ groff -mandoc -Thtml mplayer.1 > mplayer.1.groff.html
