[MPlayer-dev-eng] GSM RTP streams are still not working

FYI, GSM audio RTP streams are still not working.  When I mentioned this a 
few weeks ago, Arpi said that he thought that the problem lay with the 
existing mplayer code, rather than with the new RTP/RTSP interface code.

For example, the following example does not work
     mplayer -V rtsp://darwin.horizonlive.com/finlayson/sample-gsm-8000.mov
