Hmm, is [PATCH] case-sensitive? Maybe that should be mentioned in
patches.txt if it is. :) I sent the following:

Subject: [MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] -vop halfpack
Date: Tue, 27 Aug 2002 00:31:50 -0400

asking for comments on the updated versions and whether or not it's
acceptable to commit, but haven't gotten any replies. Especially if
there's gonna be a feature freeze in the next few days, it'd be nice
to go ahead and get it included.
