[MPlayer-dev-eng] Audio Visualization Plugin

Hello,

   I'll start to work with the audio visuzalization plugin I said
before.
Please, I want to know what I have to read to be able to make it?
Someone interested in helping me (pointing out where to read, where to
search for answers)? 

My idea is to use the audio filter layer and comunicate with the video
filter.

audio ---> my_audio_plugin---> audio
                   |
                   |
                   V
null_video ---> my_video_plugin---> audio_analisis_visualization

Any ideas?

First I want to begin with the audio filter, without any visualization.
then I'll try to exchange data between filters and then the graphical
thing.

I really need a clue at this beginning. Please help-me!
