[MPlayer-dev-eng] Are my patches being looked at? (vo_tdfxfb.c)

I didn't see that in the manual, so I thought i would ask about the
politics of how this project is setup... Why would i bother working
on a project if my submissions are going to be ignored (which is how
it seemed so that's why is asked...no longer the case).
