[MPlayer-dev-eng] full slave mode II

sorry for my insist on that....
checked on cvs, and mplayer still grab keyboard and mouse event while 
running slave mode ( forbiden main app to do so ). We had a discution on 
that and can remember whether i was suppose to post a patch, working on 
recent cvs... so it's done

A) i'm borring you and just tell me,
B) you plan something else
C) i do was suppose to post that few days ago
D) i miss something and there is a reason for that behaviour

patch done on CVS 20020824

( P.S. looking for message mplayer print don't work well. tried )
