Hello, 

I think it is OK. It is just register value that older VESA doesn't care.

I have seen you have committed the code, but I'm sorry I didnt realize
that I have to explicitly enable the monitor paramters for config parser.
So there is a change in mplater-cfg.h file.
It just enables the monit. params also for vesa.

Second change I made is about the multiple hsync ranges.

The change is in while loop of set_refresh function.

It is now more friendly to ex: 31.4k - 40k, 50k-70k ranges types
I dont know if such monitors even exists but thats for sure.

Last one is that I will check all params after calculations to see if 
there are really OK. 

Again I'm very sorry about that "after" changes.
