Following the discussions about the recent XVID debacle, I found that
FSF "can't act directly, because they do not hold copyright over XVID".

As stealing MPlayer can be very temptating for certain individuals and
companies (and it did happen in the past, and we couldn't to anything),
I think discussing this subject won't harm. I don't support this solution,
just would like to hear opinions.
