[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] v4l capture

Here is the version, which could eventually go to rhe CVS. It is almost 
the same as the last in mplayer-users, I only added a simple hack to 
reduce the noise when switching channels.The v4l sound is enabled 
immediately before capture starts and there is a small safety delay 
after the call to frequency setting ioctl.

I'll try to separate the sound layer, sounds like a nice idea.
