[MPlayer-dev-eng] [DOC-PATCH] new libavcodec options

1) document vb_qoffset instead of two times vb_qfactor
2) document "gray" and "mpeg_quant"
3) add 1 space to line-up with other options

Feel free to fix any badly-said, spelling or grammar errors, I'm not a
native english speaker.
