! is used rarely in English (even in such sentences), and it's used more
often in Hungarian.  For example: 'Uszni tilos!' vs. 'No swimming.'

Which proves that ignorant people don't notice '*NOT*' (or anything
else).  Everbody else will notice 'not' even if not emphasised.
