[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dynamic font generation

Hello,
this is a first approximation of $subj, basically a port of subfont.c 
into the bowels of mplayer. Seems to work quite well, only the gaussian 
blur and outline probably need some MMX optimizations. The patch 
replaces the old font loader (if libfreetype is available) and moves the 
font initialization after vo init to make automatic font sizing 
according to movie dimensions possible.
