Both gtk and Qt support XDND protocol v3 - which is the one used by mplayer
CVS.

Yep, but it was fun to write that at early morning :) However for being more
serious I would have liked to know what type of DnD is used by Gnome and
is it usable with MPlayer GUI to to do DnD?
