Hello,

Attached below is a patch against libmpdvdkit-2.1test as posted
by Arpi.  This adds cygwin/win32 support to the proposed new
dvdkit.  The patch this time is fairly simple.  I don't understand
why this wouldn't already be in libdvdread.  I'm going to try to
compile cygwin-mplayer with libdvdread instead of libmpdvdkit, and
if the same change is needed, I'll send the patch to the dvdread
maintainers as well.

Out of curiosity, has anyone yet tested dvdkit 2.1 on BSD variants?
