no, quicktime pro contains the basic sorenson v3 encoder, but sorenson also 
sales Sorenson V3 Professional as a retail product with enhanced encoding 
capabilities (like DivX5 vs. DivX5Pro Encoder).
Sorenson also offers an MPEG4-Encoder called Sorenson MPEG4, which they claim 
offers worse quality than SVQ3, but has a broader target due to wide 
availability of MPEG4 decoders.
QT6 (Pro) IMHO includes an own implementation of an MPEG4-Encoder, which is 
not licensed from Sorenson (well they would IMHO be pretty stupid to do that 
$$$ ;).
