	And NetBSD has dvdio.h

	I see these cases:

	1. <dvdio.h> + HAVE_LINUX_DVD_STRUCT
	2. <dvdio.h> + HAVE_BSD_DVD_STRUCT
	3. <dvd.h>   + HAVE_LINUX_DVD_STRUCT
	4. <dvd.h>   + HAVE_BSD_DVD_STRUCT

	Correct so far?

	I do not know which system uses #4 but I know FreeBSD uses #2 and
	BSD/OS uses #3 (and Linux uses #1).

	Time to take a break and go out to lunch - enough confusion for
	one morning ;)
