if you/user/packaged doesn't like it - let's disabel; it and use external
libcss/libdvdcss as before.
as mpdvdkit is only used by mplayer, i see no sense fo making it dlopened

aboit legality - files has GPL header, and authors in it
none of them are matcihng with mplayer authors
we just included libdvdcss/libdvdread source + few patches, nothing more
