vobsubs don't work at all for me with current cvs. It seems like the
test 'if (pkt->pts100 <= pts100)' in vobsub.c, line 964 always
succeeds this causes the vobsub to change at every frame. I basically
know nothing about vobsubs so it is kind of hard for me to debug.
