Hi,
Since Mplayer is nearing the 1.0 release and Pontscho is
cleaning up some mouse/cursor related stuff I thought this may be a nice
time to revisit this old problem.

Let W1= xterm (or any other term) from which mplayer is started
and W2= the mplayer video window.

Problem 1:

This exists only for -vo x11 and -vo xv (but not for -vo sdl) ->

a) press key f with cursor on the area [W2-(W2 intersect W1)]
b) mplayer becomes fullscreen and the pointer is visible
c) press f again and there is no effect. This is true for any key
	including 'q'.
d) only way out is to switch to another console and kill mplayer

This problem could become even worse if mplayer is started via a KDE/Gnome
menu script bcos then W1 will not exist and as a result returning from
fullscreen mode will always be a big pain.

Problem 2:

This exists only for -vo x11 and -vo xv (but not for -vo sdl) ->

a) press key f with cursor on the area W1 (which includes the exposed
area of W1 + the intersect of W1 and W2)
b) mplayer becomes fullscreen and the pointer is visible
c) press f again and mplayer returns to its non-fullscreen mode but now
W2 has lost the borders it had before going into fullscreen.

thanks
- Nil
