The patch looks good and it compiles and works fine for me. If there are
no objections I will commit it tonight (CEST).

Here is my todo list for the zr driver.

zr TODO:
-vo_zr should obey the preinit config config rules
-implement direct rendering to avoid memcpy
-make a clean implementation of zr-cinerama (people with two beamers and
two zoran cards (and a fast computer) will then be able to watch movies in
true wide screen) (limited support will be offerd to people that send me
two beamers for free ;-))
-optimize the encoding of interlaced material (encode U and V only once)
