[MPlayer-dev-eng] MPlayer subtitles patch

I am sending the promissed non-pervasive subtitles
patch (at least for  Marcin :-).

It adds an option to control whether subtitles will
be shown or not.
You just have to add a line to the mplayer config file:
    t toggle_sub
(or whatever letter you like, I see, that t is used now).
