[MPlayer-dev-eng] Mpeg2 Interlaced

Here is my third patch for mpeg2.
Unfortunatly now you can't play interlaced mpeg2 and
the apply postporcess at the same time, but if you
think that you need it I may add it (i am not sure
that quantization store is correct for PP).
Now pictures that are FRAMES goes through slice_copy. 
Are you happy?
The best speed up is to make one copy less, but you
need one to draw subtitles on it. Maybe in vo2...
