[Mplayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] audio downsampler

Hi,

Here comes the code for the audio downsampler i was writing the
last days. I tested it with some files, but I'm not sure if
it works with all audio formats that I added support for.

The usage is simple: -drate <desired rate> -srate <desired rate> 

It basicaly works but produces some high freq noise (when
both frequenzies are nealy equal) or clicking noise
(if the ratio is about 3/4). I have an idea what it could
be but didnt got any solution. I would be glad if someone
could help me with this.
